Beautiful places. Lovely hiker-biker campsite in Fort Stevens. Neat-looking shipwreck (realize it's pollution to have a shipwreck, but looks dramatic). Riding back over the bridge to Astoria was nerve-wracking again but cool views of the Columbia River.
Made cous cous with lentils and green pepper, then strung up my food bag to keep animals from eating it.
Shared the campsite with Ron from Tucson who is biking down from Seattle to Salinas, plus this angry couple who came/snuck in really late and started screaming at each other in the middle of the night. They seemed like they might have been strung out on something. I guess personal situations far exceed any setting - sadly, they didn't seem to enjoy the place at all. Hoping they don't stay in this state all the time.
